Hello everyone! To start my Inquiry I want to make a clear post discussing my question, hopes, and ideas. For my inquiry question I would like to practice and educate myself in the works of yoga/calm activity/meditation. I have had various head and neck injuries along with anxiety in my day to day life. I strive to test the benefits yoga can have on my mental well being and my physical well being. By practicing yoga everyday I aim to record my mood before and after and throughout the week. I will attempt to try various forms of yoga, stretching, and breathing to see which may help more or less. 

Question: How can daily yoga/meditation/calm activity positively assist my mental and physical wellbeing. Along with, how can various forms of yoga and activity assist more than others?

How will I go about this?: I will set time aside each day to practice a form of yoga/activity and use a book to record my feelings, symptoms, and or changes in mood and strength. 

Why question this?: From my past history of  serious head and neck injuries along with often being overwhelmed , I strive to find a practice that will assist my symptoms for both problems. I want to take this opportunity to carefully construct the benefits provided to me with the consistency of my study.
